ABOUT THE AGENCY
How long has your agency been in business?
We actually have 2 agencies. Our first is 19Design started way back in 2012 and then Great Humans was created 2 years ago. when we decided to niche into an area we love, coaching, personal development and anything to do with wellness.
Next year will be our 10 year anniversary and we plan to be around another 10 years…at least!.
What type of websites do you build?
We are WordPress Platform and WooCommerce specialists building sites on these platforms since we started. We love this platform due to its flexibility and ability to scale and to add functionality easily.
How much is a WordPress Website to build?
Again this will vary but anywhere from $2,000 and upwards.
How do I pay?
We always offer an installment plan with our websites to make it easier. There is a deposit to start and then normally full payment before going live. However depending on a clients circumstances we can offer more installment options and longer payment terms.
Do you build WIX or Squarespace Sites?
No we do not. These types of sites are drag and drop and designed for clients to built themselves.
How long does a website take to build?
It really depends on your content and the design. Because mobile is so popular now adapting some designs to also look good on mobile takes extra time.
I am in another state or country. Can we still work together?
No problem. 95% of our clients are interstate and overseas and some we have not physically met. We have been working online for 10 years so this is not an issue.
WEBSITE FIXES
I have a website but it needs fixing. How much do you charge?
Our hourly rate is $85 for technical rate. However what we suggest is an audit first which is $99 and we can review your site and provide an estimate before you commit to the work.
This audit fee is taken off if you choose to go ahead.
Taking on a website that was not originally built by us is like taking over a house built by someone else. We have to review everything first and then decide the best plan of action.

How long does it take to do branding?
Branding can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on wha you need.
How much does branding cost?
Our branding fee depends on what assets you need but typically costs between $1,000 – $1,600 for a new brand.
